General terms and conditions of sales of products sold by Karry Annah

 

The company’s and its customers’ rights and obligations in the context of the sales of “Vêtements de dessus pour femme” are described below:

Once an item has been delivered by “Karry Annah” and 7 days have passed, the customer has to adhere to the present general terms and conditions of sales.

 

Products are sold subject to availability of fabrics and materials.

 

The prices:

Prices of products are in effect on the day the order is accepted, without being subject to VAT/ taxes.

The company “Karry Annah” grants itself the right to modify its rates at any time.

However, it is committed to invoice the products ordered at the prices stated when the order is made.

 

The order:

To process an order, the customer has to:

- indicate their contact details asked for delivery.

- complete the order form and indicate the reference, the size, and the quantity asked.

- validate the order after checking.

- make the payment.

 

The order confirmation involves the acceptance of these conditions of sale.

 

The delivery:

The delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer on their order form.

The stated delivery time frame when the order is made and accepted is only indicative and not a guarantee. However, in the case of a delivery which exceeds 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel their order and receive a refund.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery arrival. In the case of a damaged or opened package, the customer should inform the delivery company and Karry Annah with proof within 48 hours.

 

 

Litigation:

Any litigation related to the interpretation and the execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to the French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the customer and the company, it will be referred to the commercial court of Vernouillet.
