If you are not satisfied with an item you have up to 7 days to request for an exchange/a refund and up to 14 days to send back our product.

Unless it is the case of a defected or wrongly sent item, the item must be sent back at your expense. Items can only be returned when they are in perfect condition with their original undamaged packaging.
